This two-storey Victorian house needed comprehensive refurbishment. With space at a premium in this historic and picturesque Dublin square, we designed a new extension to house a new kitchen, utility area and bathroom at ground floor level.

The new kitchen and bathroom open directly to a small courtyard. The utility area is located at the end of the kitchen to provide privacy for the bathroom and to also provide a pop of colour, this acts as a bright backdrop for the other finishes and materials in the house.
