Dalkey

Located on a steep slope overlooking Dalkey and Dublin Bay. These two new dwellings take advantage of the sloping nature of the site by following the contours in a stepped plan arrangement. They are orientated to allow sunlight enter the houses throughout the day while still afford uninterrupted panoramic views over Dalkey. Warm materials are used throughout to compliment the open spaces in the houses.
